My mistake - it is a resistor NOT a diode used. My mind was elsewhere when

I was typing.

Just picked up a used 2002 325ci that is still

covered by the Full Maintenance. Must the

service indicator pass the mileage reading to

qualify for an oil change? They recommend

you don`t run it past that mileage so how close

will they honor the free maintenance.(I`ll give

them a call tomorrow but thought I might

find out tonight.) First BMW, what a trip!!!!

Just tucked it away for the night.......
